This four-bedroom bungalow sits bang in the middle of an apple orchard. It is far from the madding crowd of Himachal’s hill towns (85kms from Shimla ). It is suitable for those looking for seclusion, tranquility, nature and space (both indoors and outdoors) and the surreal experience of living in an apple orchard. The tariff includes all three veg meals. (snacks and non-veg can also be ordered).The bungalow has 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the first floor are encircled by large lounging and living areas with single beds and settees to accommodate more people. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The bungalow is great for family get togethers, reunions, parties etc. There is a sun-room with skylights adjoining the kitchen. One can bask in the sun here throughout the day. Extra mattresses can be provided and if one so wishes one can also sleep in the sunroom.The sunroom also has a fireplace.Because it is in the middle of an orchard, one has to walk about 150 meters through the apple orchard to reach it from the road.The Apple Orchard House is also suitable for bird-watching (or bird photography). The property also has a telescope and can be put to good use scanning the clear night skies.The bungalow is in Ratnari village – a famous apple belt in Himachal -where the locals engage in intensive apple farming. Its a prosperous but closed society therefore respecting local sentiments would be appreciated.
(There is also an option of booking just two rooms or a single room. When you book a single or two rooms we offer our garden level unit called the Log Cabin. It has two rooms side by side separated by a small porch. The rooms here have inner old Himachali stone-mud walls and outer wood panelled walls. This is suitable for couples or solo travellers. The guests booked here have access to the Orchards and the garden like all guests but not to the upper floor bungalow including the the Sun-Room. The tariff of a single room here is 6500 per day inclusive of all 3 veg meals) )

Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
Partial payments are refundable only if cancellation is done one month before the check in date.
Please remember we have limited accommodation therefore we have to keep our cancellation policy non-negotiable.
In the eventuality of a landslide, snow, or other natural disasters that makes reaching Meena Bagh Ratnari impossible we can always postpone your reservation.
We would not however be able to issue a refund if the cancellation is done within 7 days of the check in.

Kindly do not venture into the orchard without supervision or light any fire in the orchard or compound.Kindly bring back your trash if you go picnicking or trekking.No loud noise; honking or music, which may disturb the locals will be appreciated.Ratnari is a prosperous but closed society.
